摘要
肾上腺是除卵巢外合成和分泌类固醇激素最重要的器官,对于维持人体正常生理功能具有重要作用.肾上腺病变可引起与多囊卵巢综合征相似的激素变化和临床特征,尤其是排卵障碍、月经紊乱、生育力下降等性腺轴紊乱的表现.文章阐述了先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、库欣综合征、肾上腺皮质功能减退症等肾上腺疾病与女性不孕症的关系,以促进学科交叉融合,增加妇产科医生的知识储备.
Abstract
Adrenal gland is an important organ to synthesize and secrete steroid hormones in addition to ovary,and plays an essential role in normal physio-logical function.Adrenal diseases cause similar hor-mone changes and clinical characteristics with poly-cystic ovary syndrome,especially in the manifestation of the gonadal axis disorders,ovulation disorder,menstrual disorder and impaired fertility.This paper elaborates the relation of congenital adrenal hyper-plasia,Cushing syndrome,adrenocortical insufficiency and female infertility,in order to promote interdisci-plinary fusion and build the knowledge reserve of ob-stetricians and gynecologists.
