A study analysing the molecular typing characteristics of patients with endometrial cancer and endometrial atypical hyperplasia in relation to the efficacy of hysteroscopic treatment and clinicopathological features
Objective To investigate the molecular typing characteristics of patients with endometrial cancer(EC)and endometrial atypical hyperplasia(EAH)in relation to the efficacy of hysteroscopic treatment and clinicopathological fea-tures.Methods EC(75 cases)and EAH(81 cases)patients who visited Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects. All patients received hysteroscopic endometri-al lesion resection combined with progesterone treatment. The baseline and pathological data of the two groups of patients were collected, and logistic regression was used to analyse the relationship between the different molecular typing fea-tures,clinicopathological features and treatment effects, and to construct the predictive model for the prognosis of EC and EAH.Results The total effective rate for EC was 85.33%(64/75)and 80.25%(65/81)for EAH.The results of logical re-gression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis(OR=4.265,P=0.003)and clinical stage(OR=2.859,P=0.021)were independent risk factors affecting the therapeutic efficacy of EC patients(P<0.05),and estrogen receptor(OR=3.582,P=0.013)were independent risk factors affecting the therapeutic efficacy of EAH patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and estrogen receptor status affects the efficacy of treatment in different molecu-lar typing of EC patients, and estrogen receptor status affects the efficacy of fertility treatment in EAH patients.
