子宫颈沙眼衣原体感染研究现状与展望

摘要
生殖道沙眼衣原体(Chlamydial trachomatis,Ct)感染是全球最常见的性传播疾病之一,常发生在性活跃人群.女性初发感染常为子宫颈炎,但可上行感染生殖道引起子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、盆腔炎性疾病,导致异位妊娠和不孕症等.文章就女性Ct感染的流行病学、感染机制与不良生殖健康结局、合并感染以及三级预防作一概述.
Abstract
Genital Chlamydial trachomatis(Ct)in-fection is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases globally,mostly occurring in sexually active population.The initial infection in female is cervicitis,but it can cause endometritis,salpingitis and pelvic inflammatory disease,resulting in ectopic pregnancy and infertility.This article reviews the epidemiology,mechanism and adverse outcomes,co-infection and tertiary prevention of genital chlamydia infection in females.
