摘要
淋病是由淋病奈瑟菌感染引起,在女性主要感染子宫颈,以无症状感染者为主.临床上主要通过细菌培养和核酸检测阳性来诊断.淋病奈瑟菌感染治疗上面临的巨大挑战是耐药导致的治疗失败.随着对一线治疗药物头孢曲松耐药的菌株数量增多,寻找和评估新的治疗方案迫在眉睫.在对子宫颈淋病女性治疗的同时应对其性伴同时治疗,防止进一步传播.
Abstract
Gonorrhea is caused by Neisseria gonor-rhoeae,which mainly infects the cervix in women and is usually asymptomatic.The diagnosis is always de-tected by positive bacterial culture and nucleic acid test.The most formidable challenge in the treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection is treatment failure caused by antimicrobial resistance.With the increasing number of strains resistant to the first-line drug cef-triaxone,it is urgent to find and evaluate new treatment options.Women with cervical gonorrhea and their sexual partner should be treated at the same time to prevent further transmission.
