摘要
子痫前期严重并发症是子痫前期导致母儿死亡的主要原因.目前,国内外大量研究致力于子痫前期重症预测模型的开发,但尚无实质进展,当前临床工作仍重在防范.动态病情监测、积极临床干预及个体化终止妊娠是实现临床有效防范的重要措施.
Abstract
Severe complications are the main reasons of maternal and fetal death caused by preeclampsia.A large number of studies have been devoted to the de-velopment of severe complications prediction models,but no substantial progress has been made.The current clinical work still should emphasize the prevention of severe complications.Dynamic disease monitoring,active clinical intervention and individualized termi-nation of pregnancy are important measures to achieve effective clinical prevention.
