摘要
溶血、肝酶升高和血小板减少综合征(hemo-lysis,elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count syndrome,HELLP syndrome)是一种严重的妊娠期并发症,是子痫前期的严重表现形式.此外,HELLP综合征是一类以疾病临床表现和临床指标命名的综合征,并非仅与子痫前期相关,具有多样性、非特异性、多器官损伤以及母儿病死率高的特点.临床工作中,深入挖掘其背后真正的发病机制及病因,早期识别、正确诊断、及时治疗对于改善母儿结局至关重要.
Abstract
Hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count syndrome(HELLP syndrome)is a serious complication of pregnancy.It's a severe form of pre-eclampsia.In addition,HELLP syndrome is a class of syndromes named after the clinical manifestations and clinical indicators of the disease,which is not only related to preeclampsia,but is characterized by di-versity,non-specificity,multiple organ damage,and high maternal and infant mortality.In clinical work,it is important to dig deeply into the real pathogenesis and etiology behind it,identify early,diagnosis cor-rectly and treat timely to improve the outcome of mothers and infants.
