孕产妇脑血管疾病的识别及管理:来自新疆临床实践的启迪

摘要
孕产妇脑血管疾病尽管不属于常见病,但脑血管疾病却是导致成年期致残率首位病因,可能对孕产妇产生毁灭性的打击,病死率高.孕产妇脑血管疾病首发症状不典型,容易误诊、漏诊,产科医生应加强对此类疾病的认识,及时引入神经内外科专科医师的介入对改善孕产妇结局有很大帮助.
Abstract
Although cerebrovascular disease is not common for pregnant and postpartum women,but it is the first cause of disability in adulthood,and it may bring destructive damage to pregnant and postpartum women,resulting in high mortality rate.The initial symptoms of maternal cerebrovascular disease are not typical and are easy to be misdiagnosed or missed.Obstetricians should enhance their understanding of the disease,it will also help to improve maternal out-comes if neurosurgical specialist can take professional intervention in time.
