低强度聚焦超声在促进子宫复旧中的应用

摘要
产后子宫复旧不全是产褥期常见的疾病,可导致产后出血、晚期产后出血和产褥感染等并发症,严重影响产妇的身心健康和生活质量,故积极采取有效措施促进产后子宫复旧至关重要.低强度聚焦超声(low intensity focused ultrasound,LIFU)作为一种新兴的无创治疗手段,业已通过大量基础与临床研究证实,可通过有效促进产后子宫平滑肌收缩,缩短产后恶露持续时间,达到促进子宫复旧的目的,并有望通过调整LIFU的产后治疗时间窗和治疗参数,将其应用于产后出血的防治.
Abstract
Incomplete postpartum uterine involution is a common disease in the puerperium,which can lead to complications such as postpartum hemorrhage,late postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection,seri-ously affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life of mothers.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to promote postpartum uterine involution.A large number of basic and clinical researches have proved that,as an emerging non-in-vasive treatment method,low-intensity focused ultra-sound(LIFU)can effectively promote the contraction of uterine smooth muscle and shorten the duration of lo-chia,achieving the purpose of uterine involution.It is also expected to be applied to prevent and treat post-partum hemorrhage by adjusting the postpartu treat-ment time window of LIFU and the equipment pa-rameters.
