外阴色素减退性疾病的聚焦超声消融手术治疗

摘要
外阴色素减退性疾病是一组以瘙痒为主要症状、外阴皮肤色素减退为主要体征的外阴皮肤疾病.其病因不详,尚缺乏长期有效的治疗方法.聚焦超声消融手术治疗利用超声波良好的组织穿透性和选择性将能量沉积聚焦在病变区域,促进组织重建和微循环改善,从而达到治疗目的.文章就聚焦超声消融手术治疗外阴色素减退性疾病的适应证、禁忌证、治疗要点及术后护理进行阐述.
Abstract
Vulvar hypopigmentation disease is a group of vulva skin diseases with pruritus as the main symptom and hypopigmentation of vulva skin as the main sign.The pathological mechanism is not yet clear,and there is a lack of effective long-term treatment.Focused ultrasound therapy takes advantage of ultra-sound's good tissue penetration and selectivity to focus energy deposition on the lesion area,promoting tissue reconstruction and improving microcirculation to achieve therapeutic purposes.In this paper,the indi-cations,contraindications,treatment points and post-operative care of focused ultrasound in the treatment of vulvar hypopigmentation diseases are described.
