子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病聚焦超声消融手术术后中医辨证治疗

摘要
聚焦超声消融手术(focused ultrasound abla-tion surgery,FU AS)治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的疗效确切,已广泛应用于临床.由于这两种疾病的特点,使得所有保留子宫的治疗均存在复发可能,术后的药物联合治疗和长期管理尤为重要.目前,在FUAS术后除了常配合使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)、左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)或地诺孕素外,中医药干预也显示了其疗效优势.文章就中医药在子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病FUAS术后的应用进行阐述及讨论.
Abstract
FUAS(focused ultrasound ablation surgery)has a definite therapeutic effect on uterine fibroids and adenomyosis,and has been widely used in clinical practice.Due to the characteristics of the two diseases,there is a possibility of recurrence in all treatments that preserve the uterus,and postoperative drug combina-tion therapy and long-term management are particu-larly important.At present,in addition to the commonly used combination of GnRH-a,LNG-IUS,or deno-gestrin after FUAS surgery,the intervention of tradi-tional Chinese medicine has also shown its therapeutic advantages.This article elaborates and discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicine after FUAS surgery for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
