摘要
多学科团队诊疗(multidisciplinary team treatment,MDT)针对某一疾病集中讨论后为患者制定个性化的综合诊疗方案,是医学发展的趋势.产科MDT在降低母儿不良结局中起了重要作用.文章对产科MDT应用现状作一概述,以期进一步推广、规范MDT在产科领域的应用,为改善母儿结局提供保障.
Abstract
The experts in the multidisciplinary team treatment(MDT)come together to discuss and for-mulate an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan for a specific disease.It is an inevitable trend in the development of medicine.Obstetric MDT has played an important role in reducing adverse outcomes of mothers and infants.This article provides an over-view of the current application status of obstetric MDT,with the aim of further promoting and standardizing the application of MDT in the field of obstetrics,and pro-viding guarantees for improving maternal and infant outcomes.
