摘要
在新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)流行的影响下,为了避免病人聚集造成交叉感染,远程医疗迎来了新的发展机遇.对孕产妇而言,远程医疗尤其有益于糖尿病或高血压等慢性病和围产期心理障碍的管理.作为世界上人口最多的国家,中国正在大力发展远程医疗,面临着诸多机遇和挑战.远程医疗从模式重组到新技术的应用方面,正在改变产前检查的方式.在发生疾病流行或国家进入紧急状态时,建立功能完善且可操作的远程医疗基础设施对于确保持续、安全和高效的医疗实践至关重要.
Abstract
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pan-demic,telemedicine has met with a new opportunity of development to mitigate patient congregation and prevent cross-infection.For pregnant women,tele-medicine is particularly beneficial in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension,as well as perinatal mental health disorders.As the most populous country in the world,China is vigorously advancing telemedicine and has encountered numerous oppor-tunities and challenges.Telemedicine is transforming the prenatal care,from restructuring of models to the application of new technologies.In the event of a pandemic or a national emergency,establishing a fully functional and operable telemedicine infrastructure is crucial for ensuring continuous,safe,and efficient medical practices.
