规范模拟培训——助力产科医护执业水平

摘要
产科危急重症发展迅速、处理困难.模拟培训可以模拟产科临床工作的真实危急重症场景,不危及患者安全,为受训者提供了一个学习临床知识和练习操作技能的理想环境.培训使得医护操作更加标准化,执业能力及信心得以提升,并能建立一个反应灵敏的产科急救团队.国内相继开展了各种本土化的产科模拟培训,包括肩难产、产后出血、脐带脱垂、新生儿复苏等.定期模拟培训有助于产科医护执业能力保持较高水平,也可以减少产科急重症相关的并发症发生率及救治费用.随着模拟培训越来越多地嵌入到医学文化中,其在提高产科医护执业水平和孕产妇安全方面持续发挥着关键作用.
Abstract
The development of obstetrical emergency and critical illness is rapid and difficult to deal with.Simulation training can simulate the real emergency and critical situation of obstetrical clinical work,and provide an ideal environment for trainees to learn clinical knowledge and practice operational skills without endangering patients'safety.The training has led to more standardized medical practices and im-proved competence and confidence,and it can develop an obstetric first aid team with rapid response.In China,various local obstetrical simulation training has been carried out,including shoulder dystocia,post-partum hemorrhage,umbilical cord prolapse,neonatal resuscitation and so on.Regular simulation training can help to maintain a high level of obstetrical practice ability,and it can also reduce the incidence of obstetric emergency-related complications and treatment costs.As simulation training is increasingly embedded in medical culture,it continues to play a key role in im-proving the professionnal skill of obstetricians and patient safety.
