Treatment of benign ovarian tumors by transumbilical single-port laparoscopy combined with in vitro opera-tion mode
Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy combined with in vitro operation mode in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors. Methods The clinical data of 81 patients with be-nign ovarian tumors treated by surgery in the Department of Gynecology of Changzhou No.2 People's Hospital, the Affili-ated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October 2019 to February 2023 were analyzed.According to the surgi-cal methods, the patients were divided into A single-hole laparoscopic combined with in vitro operation mode group(Group A,27 cases, referred to as the combined group),a pure single-hole laparoscopic operation group(group B,27 cases, referred to as the single-hole group)and a traditional porous laparoscopic operation group(group C,27 cases,re-ferred to as the porous group). All patients were diagnosed as benign ovarian tumors by postoperative pathology. The oper-ation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ventilation time, postoperative time to return to normal activities,post-operative hospital stay, postoperative VAS score, postoperative surgical satisfaction and incision satisfaction of the three groups were statistically analyzed. Results In terms of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ventilation time,postop-erative hospital stay, postoperative VAS score and postop-erative normal activity time, group A was significantly bet-ter than group B and C,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).In terms of operation time, group A was better than group B(P<0.05),but there was no sig-nificant difference between group C and group A(P>0.05).Postoperative ventilation time, postoperative hospi-tal stay, postoperative VAS score and postoperative normal activity time in group B were significantly better than those in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy combined with in vitro mode for the treatment of benign ovarian tumors is feasible, the recovery time of patients is shorter, the postop-erative satisfaction is higher, the effect is significant, and it is worthy of promotion and use in the clinic for the appropriate population.
