摘要
异位妊娠是妇产科常见的一类急腹症,因检测手段的进步,患者大多可得到及时诊断和治疗;但仍有因首发症状不典型和多样性,临床思维受限等因素而延误诊治,最终导致孕产妇死亡的情况发生.文章总结了异位妊娠致孕产妇死亡的主要原因及应对策略,以期加强临床对异位妊娠的重视及降低相关孕产妇病死率.
Abstract
Ectopic pregnancy is a common type of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynaecology.Due to the advancement of detection methods,patients can be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner,but there are still cases of delayed diagnosis and treatment because of the atypical and diverse first symptom and limited clinical thinking,which ultimately leads to maternal mortality.The current article summarizes the main causes of maternal mortality caused by ectopic preg-nancy and countermeasures,aiming to strengthen the attention to ectopic pregnancy and reduce related maternal mortality rate.
