摘要
子痫是导致孕产妇脑血管意外的重要危险因素,起病急,严重影响母儿结局.治疗方案应遵循多学科团队协作,采取高度个体化的管理策略.严格控制血压,早期识别和处理子痫前期,是预防孕产妇脑血管意外的关键.
Abstract
Eclampsia is an important risk factor for cerebrovascular accidents in maternity,with a rapid onset and serious impact on maternal and fetal out-comes.The treatment should follow the strategy of multidisciplinary teamwork approach with highly in-dividualized management.Early identification and management of preeclampsia,as well as strict control of blood pressure,is the key to preventing maternal cerebrovascular accidents.
