摘要
人工流产是早期终止妊娠的方法之一.近年来,由于一些基层医师处置手段缺乏规范,致人工流产术后严重并发症如感染、严重出血、栓塞及子宫穿孔并发器官损伤等的发生率呈上升趋势,严重危害女性生育力甚至生命健康.因此,采取有效措施预防和减少人工流产的严重并发症,进而保护女性生殖健康,具有重要的临床和社会意义.人工流产严重并发症病因复杂且种类繁多,目前国内尚无综合性防治操作指南.文章将人工流产术后常见的严重并发症及相应防治措施进行了汇总,供临床参考,以期规范人工流产手术操作;一旦发生严重并发症,要做到早识别、早处理,最大程度保障女性的生命健康.
Abstract
The induced abortion is one of the methods for early termination of pregnancy.In recent years,due to the lack of standardized treatment by primary doc-tors,the incidence of serious complications after in-duced abortion,such as infection,severe bleeding,embolism,uterine perforation and organ damage,is on the rise,seriously endangering female fertility and even life.Therefore,taking effective measures to prevent and reduce serious complications of induced abortion,thereby protecting women's reproductive health,is of important clinical and social significance.The causes of serious complications of induced abortion are com-plex and diverse,and currently there are no compre-hensive prevention and treatment guidelines in China.Here,we have summarized the common serious com-plications and corresponding prevention and treatment measures after induced abortion for clinical reference,hoping to standardize the surgical procedures for in-duced abortion.Once serious complications occur,it is necessary to make early identification and early management in order to maximize the protection of the life and health of women.
