摘要
围产期抑郁症是围产期常见疾病之一,亦是女性围产期自杀的首要原因,需要早期识别和治疗以降低母儿危害.中国对围产期抑郁症的防治尚处于起步阶段,目前社会环境和医疗系统仍对其认识不足、重视不够.文章就围产期抑郁症的流行病学特征、危险因素和保护因素、心理筛查、诊断、治疗及预防作一综述,以期为临床实践工作提供参考和建议.
Abstract
Perinatal depression is one of the common perinatal diseases and the leading cause of female perinatal suicide.It needs to be recognized and treated early to reduce the harm to mother and fetus or off-spring.The prevention and treatment of perinatal de-pression in China is still in the initial stage,and the social environment and medical system have not paid sufficient attention to it.This article reviews the epi-demiology,risk factors and protective factors,psy-chological screening,diagnosis,treatment and pre-vention of perinatal depression,aiming to provide reference and suggestions for clinical practice.
