Pregnancy complicated with catastrophic an-tiphospholipid syndrome
Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome(CAPS)is a rare disease, and most cases suffer from severe extensive thrombosis, resulting in multiple organ failure,so mortality is very high.Pregnancy is an independent risk factor for CAPS,and surgery,in-fection,and changes in coagulation and immunology due to pregnancy and delivery increase the risk for CAPS in pregnant women.Early identification of the suspected patients and active treatment of plasma ex-change are important measures to improve the prog-nosis.
