摘要
噬血细胞综合征是一种在妊娠期可能发生的免疫系统异常,通常由感染、自身免疫疾病或肿瘤引发.在妊娠期间,激素变化和免疫调节使得孕妇更易发生噬血细胞综合征,表现为持续高热、肝脾肿大及血液学异常.这种病症不仅危害母体健康,而且还可能影响胎儿,导致早产或胎儿窘迫.因此,早期识别与及时治疗至关重要,以优化母儿预后.
Abstract
Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH)is an abnormal immune system condition that may occur during pregnancy,usually triggered by infections,autoimmune diseases,or tumors.Hormonal changes and immune modulation during pregnancy increase the susceptibility of pregnant women to HLH,presenting with persistent high fever,hepatosplenomegaly,and hematological abnormalities.This condition endangers maternal health and can also affect the fetus,leading to preterm birth or fetal distress.Therefore,early rec-ognition and timely treatment are crucial to optimizing maternal and infant outcomes.
