文章聚焦女性生殖器结核对生育的深远影响,分析了妊娠期免疫和生理变化对结核病发展的影响,揭示体外受精(IVF)治疗中结核病的复发风险,强调结核性脑膜炎的致命性,倡导早期诊断与精准治疗的必要性,并提出了相应的预防和治疗策略.
Abstract
This article focuses on the profound impact of female genital tuberculosis on fertility and analyzes the influence of immune and physiological changes during pregnancy on the progression of tuberculosis.It reveals the risk of tuberculosis recurrence during IVF treatment,highlights the deadliness of tuberculous meningitis,and advocates for the necessity of early diagnosis and precise treatment.The article also puts forward the corresponding strategies for prevention and treatment.
