Isolation and Identification of Two Diseases Pathogens from Morchella spp.
In order to identify the pathogens causing the cobweb disease and white mold disease of Morchella spp.,and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and management of morel fungi and disease prevention and control.Through disease investi-gation and pathogen isolation and identification of cobweb disease and white mold disease of Morchella spp.,based on rDNA sequence analysis.It was found that the pathogens causing cobweb disease and white mold disease were Cladobotryyum varium and Paecilomyces penicillatus.
