福建地区灵芝主栽品种与栽培技术概况

近年来福建地区灵芝主栽品种有 3 种,即沪芝 1 号、仙芝楼S3、武芝 2 号.通过对 3 个主栽品种进行调研,总结出福建地区大规模栽培的灵芝主栽品种的特性、栽培季节选择、栽培设施、栽培技术、虫害防控技术等.沪芝 1 号栽培地域广泛,为传统袋栽的品种,主要特点为产量高、孢子多.仙芝楼S3 主要在南平地区栽培,可采用段木栽培和袋式栽培,由太空诱变选育而得,主要特点为抗杂菌力强,产量较高,多糖和三萜含量高.武芝 2 号主要在龙岩地区栽培,为段木栽培的紫芝品种,菌丝长势强,抗病性强,染菌率低.通过调研以期为业内同仁提供参考.
Summary of Main Varieties and Cultivation Technology of Ganodorma spp.in Fujian Area
In recent years,there are three main cultivated varieties of Ganoderma spp.in Fujian are,which are Huzhi No.1,Xi-anzhilou S3 and Wuzhi No.2.Through the investigation of three main cultivated varieties,the characteristics,cultivation season selection,cultivation facilities,cultivation technology,pest control techniques of the main cultivated varieties of Ganoderma spp.in Fujian were summarized.Huzhi No.1 is a traditional bag cultivation variety with a wide range of cultivation areas,and its main characteristics are high yield and spore abundance.Xianzhilou S3 is mainly cultivated in Nanpin area,which can be culti-vated by cut-log cultivation and bag cultivation.This variety obtained by space mutagenesis,and the main characteristics are strong resistance to various bacteria,high yield,and high content of polysaccharides and triterpenes.Wuzhi No.2 is mainly culti-vated in Longyan area.It is a Ganoderma sinense variety cultivated by cut-log cultivation,with strong mycelium growth,strong disease resistance,and low bacterial infection rate.Through the research to provide reference for colleagues in the industry.
