Biological Properties of Pathogen Yellow Spot Disease in Pleurotus pulmonarius and Toxicity Test of Different Fungicides in Laboratory
In order to clarify the biological properties of Cedecea neteri, which causes yellow spot disease in Pleurotus pulmonar-ius,and toxicity test of different fungicides in laboratory were studied. The pathogen bacteria of yellow spot disease in P.pul-monarius was used as the test material. The effects of temperature,pH and NaCl concentration on the growth of pathogenic bac-teria were studied by growth method. The sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria to different antibiotics was studied by plate bacterio-static circle method. The bacteriostatic effects of 14 fungicides were compared in room by plate bacteriostatic circle method. The results showed that the optimum temperature of pathogen grow was 28℃,and the optimum pH was 7.0.At the NaCl concentra-tion of 1.0%,the growth of pathogen was the best, and the growth stopped when the NaCl concentration was higher than 9.0%.54℃is the critical lethal boundary of pathogenic bacteria. The pathogen was sensitive to ampicillin, tetracycline, streptomycin, ribomycin sulfate and oxytetracycline, among which oxytetracycline was the most sensitive. The pathogen was not sensitive to erythromycin and gentamicin.Occidentamine acetate, ethyl allicin, chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, thiobacillidone microemulsion, agricultural streptomycin and mesocintin had inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria, among which mesocintin had the highest toxicity. The biological characteristics of the pathogen were identified and antimicrobial agents were screened, which provided a theoretical basis for the study on the occurrence law and control of yellow spot disease.
