摘要
通过对云南省大理白族自治州、保山市、丽江市、昭通市等地香菇栽培过程中常见病害的调查以及病原菌的分离鉴定,以期为云南省香菇栽培管理和病害防治提供理论依据.结果表明,菌包感染是云南省香菇栽培过程中最为常见的病害症状,也是影响最为严重的问题.基于rDNA ITS片段序列对分离的病原菌进行鉴定,发现引起菌棒感染的病原菌有哈茨木霉、桔绿木霉、长枝木霉、瘿青霉、酒青霉、腐皮镰孢菌、冻土毛霉、粗糙脉孢菌,其中哈茨木霉为引起病害的主要病原菌.
Abstract
In order to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation management and disease control of Lentinula edodes in Yun-nan,the common diseases in the cultivation of L.edodes in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,Baoshan City,Lijiang City and Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province were investigated and their pathogens were isolated and identified.The results showed that artificial bed-log infection was the most common disease and the most serious problem in L.edodes cultivation in Yunnan Province.The results of isolation and identification of pathogens based on rDNA sequence showed that the competitive pathogens causing diseases were Trichoderma harzianum,Trichoderma citrinoviride,Trichoderma longibrachiatum,Penicillium fellutanum,Penicillium paneum,Fusarium solani,Mucor hiemalis and Neurospora crassa,among which T.harzianum was the main pathogen.
