摘要

在热水提取条件下,研究灰树花可溶固形物提取工艺.通过考查子实体形态、干燥方式对灰树花可溶固形物提取率的影响,再以提取温度、提取时间、料液比、浸洗次数开展单因素试验及正交试验,筛选最佳热水提取工艺.结果表明灰树花菌盖部分的开片程度越高,越利于可溶固形物的溶出.影响灰树花可溶固形物提取率高低的干燥方式依次为鼓风干燥>冷冻干燥>微波干燥.灰树花可溶固形物的最佳热水提取工艺为,鼓风干燥预处理,提取温度 70℃,料液比 1∶20,提取时间 2.5 h,pH自然,浸洗 1 次.最佳工艺下灰树花可溶固形物提取率达到 54.74%.

Abstract

The extraction technology of soluble solids from Grifola frondosa was studied under the condition of hot water extrac-tion.The effects of the fruit body shape and drying method on the extraction rate of soluble solids from G.frondosa were investi-gated,and then the best hot water extraction process was screened by single factor test and orthogonal test based on extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and soaking times.The results showed that the higher the opening degree of G.frondosa pileus part,the better the soluble solids dissolving out.The drying methods affecting the extraction rate of soluble solids from G.frondosa were blast drying>freeze drying>microwave drying.Through this study,the best hot water extraction process of soluble solids from G.frondosa was as follows,blast drying pretreatment,extraction temperature 70℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,extraction time 2.5 h,natural pH value,soaking once.Under the optimal process,and the extraction rate of soluble solids from G.frondosa reached 54.74%.
