Screening of High Quality Strains of Pleurotus pulmonarius for Summer Cultivation in Dazhou
In order to select strains of Pleurotus pulmonarius suitable for summer cultivation in Dazhou,12 typical strains of P.pulmonarius collected form different growing areas were investigated,and mycelial growth rate,agronomic characteristics of fruit bodies,the yield and the biological efficiency of 12 P.pulmonarius strains were compared and analyzed by antagonistec test,mycelial growth test and fruiting experiment.According to the results of antagonistic test,different classified strains were selected for ITS-PCR identification.The results showed that 12 strains could be divided into 3 categories by antagonistic test.One strain from the each categories was selected for ITS sequencing.The results showed that there was little difference in bases among the 3 strains,the 3 strains were P.pulmonarius.The fruiting experiment result showed that the yield of strain JX1 was the highest,the yield was 278.5 g per bag at the first 3 flushes and biological efficiency was 62.2％,and comprehensive characteristics were good,which was suitable for promotion in Dazhou area.
