摘要
羊肚菌是一种珍贵的食药兼用大型真菌,肉质酥嫩、味道鲜美,富含蛋白质、多糖、脂质、矿物质元素等营养物质,对治疗肺部疾病、痰多、气短、消化不良有良好的疗效.同时,羊肚菌还具有消除疲劳、增强免疫力和抗辐射的作用,开发利用价值很高.羊肚菌畦床式高产栽培技术可充分利用当地的土地、人力、气候、水源等资源优势,营造有利于羊肚菌生长发育的环境条件,降低生产成本,方便操作管理,能有效提高羊肚菌栽培的产量和效益.
Abstract
Morchella esculenta is a precious macrofungi that can be used for both food and medicine.Its meat is tender,with a delicious taste.It is rich in nutrients such as protein,polysaccharides,lipids,mineral elements,and has good therapeutic effects on treating lung diseases,phlegm,shortness of breath,indigestion.At the same time,M.esculenta also have the effects of eliminating fatigue,enhancing immunity and resisting radiation,have high development and utilization value.The high-yield cultivation technology of M.esculenta bed and border style can fully utilize the advantages of local land,manpower,climate and water resources create favorable environmental conditions for the growth and development of M.esculenta,reduce produc-tion costs,facilitate operation and management,and effectively improve the yield and efficiency of M.esculenta cultivation.
