Selection of Dominant Varieties and Formula for Industrial Cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus
In order to screen Pleurotus geesteranus varieties and cultivation formulas suitable for factory production,three pure strains of P.geesteranus with good commercial characteristics obtained by tissue isolation were cultivated under the conditions of factory production with three common formulas.The results showed that the combination of P.geesteranus variety'Xiu E'and formula 2(corncob 22％,bagasse 10％,fine sawdust 18％,cottonseed shell 20％,bran 20％,corn meal 3％,soybean meal 5％,calcium carbonate 1％,calcium oxide 1％,water content 63％)were the best.The unit yield is up to 0.345 kg per bag,the proportion of A-grade mushroom was the highest,and the fruiting management is simple.In addition,the unit yield of P.geesteranus variety'Xiu 98'cultivated in formula 2 could also reach 0.335 kg per bag,and the the proportion of A-grade mush-room was higher.There was no significant difference between the two varieties,both of which met the expected requirements of factory production.
