Technology Development and Application of Pleurotus ostreatus Cultivate by Sterilized Compost
In order to explore the best treatment of compost for caltivating Pleurotus ostreatus, after different turning times, some compost were sterilized at 70 ℃ or 80 ℃,and compared with unsterilized compost. The physicochemical properties(water con-tent,pH),microbial population(fungi, bacteria, actinomyces)and dry matter loss of compost were measured after different turn-ing times. The effects of sterilized compost and unsterilized compost with different turning times on P.ostreatus mycelia growth and fruiting were compared. The results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces reached the peak when the compost was turned over for the first time. After the second turning, the rial number showed a downward trend. After the com-post was cured at 70 ℃ and 80 ℃ separately, the microbial colonies in the compost were significantly reduced.Among them, thermophilic fungi, bacteria and actinomyces all existed in small amount after sterilizing at 70 ℃.After sterilizing at 80 ℃,the fungi in the compost were almost invisible, but the thermophilic actinomyces were still visible. The results show that the compost can reach the standard after two turns. After sterilizing at 80 ℃,the effect is better, showing that P.ostreatus mycelia growth is faster and biological efficiency is higher.
