不同营养物质对灵芝菌丝生长的影响

采用平板培养法,以灵芝菌种泰山灵芝、G8和京大1号为试验材料,研究了碳源、氮源及维生素对灵芝菌丝生长的影响.试验结果表明,3类营养物质对不同来源菌株菌丝生长特性的影响存在一定差异,泰山灵芝菌丝对葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖的利用较好,G8在以葡萄糖和蔗糖为碳源的培养基中菌丝生长速度较快,而京大1号对碳源的适性较广;酵母粉、VB1和 VB3利于泰山灵芝菌丝生长,酵母粉、VB3和VB6对G8和京大1号灵芝菌丝生长均有一定的促进作用.
Effects of Different Nutrients on the Growth of Ganoderma lucidum Mycelium
The effects of carbon source,nitrogen source and vitamins on the mycelial growth of Ganoderma lucidum were stud-ied by plate culture method,with G.lucidum strains include Taishan Ganoderma lucidum,G8 and Jingda 1 as test materials.The results showed that there were certain differences in the effects of 3 nutrients on the mycelial growth characteristics of dif-ferent strains.Taishan G.lucidum mycelium maked good use of glucose,maltose and sucrose,G8 mycelium growed faster in the medium with glucose and sucrose as carbon sources,while Jingda 1 had a wide adaptability to carbon sources.Yeast powder,VB1 and VB3 were beneficial to the growth of Taishan G.lucidum mycelium;while yeast powder,VB3 and VB6 had certain pro-moting effects-on-the growth of G8 and Jingda 1 G.lucidum mycelium.
