Application of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Hydrogen Spectroscopy in Quality Control of Ganoderma Polysaccharides
A rapid detection method for the determination of Ganoderma polysaccharides by using 1H nuclear magnetic reso-nance spectroscopy(1H-NMR)was established and optimized. The heterotopic hydrogen region(8 4.42-5.40 ppm)was used as the'fingerprint'identification area to determine the Ganoderma polysaccharide by comparing the similarity between the sample spectrum and the standard spectrum, and the methodology verification was carried out.8 batches of self extracted Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were identified using this method, and the results showed a similarity of over 0.95 with the standard sample spectrum, demonstrating good reproducibility. The established 1H-NMR rapid detection method can quickly and accu-rately detect Ganoderma polysaccharides, and has the characteristics of simple operation, good repeatability, strong specificity and high accuracy.
