Metabolic Analysis of Active Substances in Different Culture Times of Cordyceps militaris cultivated with Antherea pernyi
To analyze the types and accumulation patterns of active metabolites in Cordyceps militaris cultivated with Antherea pernyi cultured at different times, extensive targeted metabolomics techniques were used to identify metabolites in C.militaris culvitated with A.pernyi cultured at 0,10,20,30 and 40 days. The results showed that the main types of active substances in C.militaris cultivated with A.pernyi cultured at different times were generally the same.In each experimental culture period,419,419,420,417 and 417 metabolites were identified, mainly including amino acids and their derivatives, nucleotides and their derivatives, phenolic acids, organic acids, sugars and alcohols, lipids, alkaloids and other compounds.Among them,3-in-dole and propionic acid and pyridoxine were detected for the first time. The relative content of differential metabolites during the cultivation process of C.militaris cultivated with A.pernyi showed significant differences. All differential metabolites were clus-tered into 9 clusters and roughly divided into 5 types.Among them,61 metabolites showed a continuous upregulation trend dur-ing testing time, including cordycepin and 2-deoxyadenosine.Comparing the content of 6 nucleoside components and fresh amino acids in the main active substances, the quality of C.militaris cultivated with A.pernyi cultured for 40 days is better.
