摘要
海鲜菇含有蛋白质、多糖、维生素、氨基酸、酚类、纤维素等多种物质,具有较高的药用价值,可提高机体免疫力,增强体质,是一种极具开发价值,食药兼用的珍稀食用菌,近年来受到广泛关注.通过对海鲜菇的人工培育技术、营养成分和价值、加工利用等方面研究进展进行论述,分析探讨其进一步的研究方向,以期为增加其潜在的开发利用价值提供参考资料.
Abstract
Hypsizygus marmoreus contains protein,polysaccharides,vitamins,amino acids,phenols,cellulose and other sub-stances,which has high medicinal value,can improve immunity and enhance physical fitness.It is a rare edible and medicinal fungus with great development value,and has been widely concerned in recent years.Through discussing the research progress of the artificial cultivation technology,nutritional composition and value,processing and utilization of H.marmoreus,and analyzes its further research directions,in order to provide reference materials for improving the development and utilization of its potential value.
