Investigation and Analysis of Ectomycorrhizal Fungi Diversity in Liancheng National Nature Reserve
Ectomycorrhizal fungi are an important part of forest ecosystems and have significant impacts on forest productivity,stabil-ity and biodiversity.Liancheng Nature Reserve is a national nature reserve in the transition area between the Loess Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,which is a national nature reserve with forest ecological protection,which has abundant and unique ectomyc-orrhizal fungal resources,but its species diversity and distribution have not been systematically studied.After 5 years of investigation,collection and classification,a total of 70 species of ectomycorrhizal fungi from 15 families,20 genera were found in Liancheng Na-tional Nature Reserve,then the species diversity and the distribution of these species in the reserve was analyzed.
