摘要

对在黔西南布依族苗族自治州安龙县采集到的一株野生菌株的子实体进行组织分离,对保存的菌种进行鉴定及生物学特性研究,优化栽培配方的碳源、氮源、无机盐及维生素.结果表明,适宜该菌株菌丝生长的较优碳源为果糖,氮源为酵母浸粉,无机盐为硫酸镁,辅以维生素B1最佳.通过生物学形态特征及rDNA ITS序列分析相结合的方法,鉴定该菌株为Hymenopellis utriformis.

Abstract

The fruit bodies of a wild strain collected in Anlong County,Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Southwestern Guizhou were isolated,the preserved strains were identified and the biological characteristics were studied,and the carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts and vitamins of the cultivation formula were optimized.The results showed that the op-timal carbon sources for mycelial growth of the strain were fructose,nitrogen sources were yeast extract powder,inorganic salts were magnesium sulfate,and vitamin B,was the best supplement.This strain was identified as Hymenopellis utriformis by bio-logical morphological characteristics combined with rDNA ITS sequence analysis.
