Effect of Different Holes-punctured Time and Holes-punctured Methods on the Growth and Development of Auricularia heimuer
Under the Auricularia heimuer'open field'cultivation mode in Zhejiang Province, research on the effects of differ-ent holes-punctured time and holes-punctured methods on the growth and development of A.heimuer was carried out, aiming to provide technical support for the precise cultivation of A.heimuer.The results showed that, among the treatments with differ-ent holes-punctured time, the mycelium recovered growth quickly, the fruit bodies neatly, the pollution rate was lower and the yield was higher when the holes were punctured in the middle and early October. While the performance was worse in the mid-dle and late September.Among the treatments with different holes-punctured methods, with the increase in the number of punctured holes, the rate of fruit bodies self-melting was higher and the yield was lower. The larger the punctured hole size, the higher the yield, and the more sticks lost water and take off the bag.Based on the comprehensive analysis, the time to puncture the holes on bags should be in the middle and early October, and the size of punctured holes should be 0.5 cm,and the opti-mum number of holds should be 230-270.
