不同覆土材料对二孢拟奥德蘑营养成分含量的影响

测定二孢拟奥德蘑子实体中水分、粗脂肪、总糖、粗多糖、粗纤维、蛋白质、总黄酮、总多酚的含量,以研究不同覆土材料对其营养成分含量的影响.结果显示,用红壤土、细黏土和粗黏土覆土出菇的二孢拟奥德蘑水分含量无显著差异(P>0.05).在100 g干子实体中,3种覆土材料出菇的二孢拟奥德蘑在粗纤维、总黄酮含量上无显著差异;而粗脂肪、总糖、粗多糖、蛋白质、总多酚的含量均是覆粗黏土的最高.营养均衡评分结果显示,营养价值的均衡性按粗黏土、细黏土、红壤土的顺序递减.综上可知二孢拟奥德蘑采用粗黏土覆土出菇效果最好,综合营养成分评分最高,试验结果可为二孢拟奥德蘑的栽培提供参考.
Effect of Different Soil Covering Materials on the Nutrient Content of Oudemansiella raphanipes
Determining the content of water,crude fat,total sugar,crude polysaccharide,crude fiber,protein,total flavonoids and total polyphenols in fruit body,to study the influence of different soil covering materials on the nutrient content of Oude-mansiella raphanipes.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the water content of the O.raphanipes cultivated by covering with red loam,fine clay and coarse clay(P>0.05).In 100 g dried fruit bodies,there was no significant difference in the contents of crude fiber and total flavonoids of O.raphanipes cultivated by 3 kinds of covering soil,while the content of crude fat,total sugar,crude polysaccharide,protein and total polyphenols were the highest content of coarse clay.The results of nutritional balance score showed that the balance of nutritional value decreased in the order of coarse clay,fine clay and red loam.To sum up,it can be seen that the O.raphanipes cultivated by covering with coarse clay has the best effect and the highest comprehensive nutritional composition score.The test results can provide a reference for the cultivation of the O.raphanipes.
