猪苓人工栽培配方筛选及其多糖含量测定

摘要
利用农业废弃资源玉米芯粉碎物、棉籽壳、栎属木屑等作为基本原料进行猪苓人工栽培,寻找最佳栽培配方及栽培条件以缩短栽培周期、增加产量、提高品质.结果显示,以棉籽壳和栎属植物木屑为原料进行猪苓人工栽培,生长周期可以缩短至120 d,得到的成熟猪苓个体大且结构更加致密.利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对其有效成分多糖进行定量与定性分析,发现其组成成分与含量和野生猪苓相当.
Abstract
In order to shorten the cultivation cycle,increase production,improve quality,the agricultural waste resources and crushed corn cob,cotton seed hull,Quercus sawdust were used as the basic raw material for artificial cultivation of Polyporus umbellatus,to find the best mix of raw materials and cultivation conditions.The results showed that the growth cycle of P.um-bellatus was shortened to 120 days by using cottonseed hulls and Quercus sawdust as raw material,mature P.umbellatus indi-vidual large and structure was more compact.The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of active ingredient polysaccharides,and it was found that its composition and content were comparable to that of wild P.umbellatus.
