Soil Pathogenic Microbial Diversity Analysis of Morchella spp.Continuous Cropping Obstacle
The continuous cropping obstacle soil in Morchella spp.cultivation was used as experiment material.Using high throughput amplicon sequencing technology and bioinformation to analyze the diseased soil bacterial and fungal diversity,in or-der to provide a reference basis for optimization of culture Morchella spp.and disease control. The results showed that Vibrio and Ruminococcaceaea UCG-005 and so on from the bacterial dominant group of diseased soil are related groups of macrofungi pathogens.Among the dominant fungal groups,Paecilomyces,Fusarium and Trichoderma are also related groups of macrofungi pathogens. The common action of pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic fungi is the cause of Morchella spp.suffering from white mildew, fusarium wilt, stalk rot and other continuous cropping diseases.
