摘要

大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulate)色泽艳丽、肉质滑嫩爽脆、营养丰富,市场需求不断扩大,多省份已实现规模化栽培.大球盖菇属于中低温型食用菌,多为秋种冬收模式,因此,夏季市场缺乏大球盖菇鲜品,价格较高.冀北山区气候冷凉、原材料丰富、林地资源广袤,是开展林下大球盖菇越夏栽培的天赐宝地.经过多年探索实践,总结了冀北地区林下大球盖菇越夏栽培关键技术,为大球盖菇产业提质增效提供技术支持,为山区农户致富增收提供参考与途径.

Abstract

The Stropharia rugosoannulate is bright in color,soft and crisp in meat,and rich in nutrition.The market demand is constantly expanding,and large-scale cultivation has been realized in many provinces.S.rugosoannulate belong to the medium and low temperature type of edible fungi,most of which are autumn cultivating and winter harvesting mode,so the summer mar-ket is short of fresh S.rugosoannulate and the price is higher.The cold climate,abundant raw materials and vast woodland resources in the mountainous area of northern Hebei Province are the heaven-sent treasures for developing over-summer cultivation of S.rugosoannulate under the forest.After years of practice,the key cultivation techniques of S.rugosoannulate were summarized to provide technical support for improving the quality and efficiency of S.rugosoannulate industry,and to pro-vide reference and ways for farmers in mountainous areas to enrich and increase income.
