摘要
大球盖菇因具有营养丰富、栽培技术简单、栽培成本较低等优点,是值得大力推广的食(药)用菌之一.对大球盖菇露地栽培、林下栽培、大棚栽培、与农作物行间套作和工厂化栽培5种栽培模式进行综述,分析各栽培模式的优缺点,总结现有栽培技术存在的问题,以为大球盖菇的推广栽培和栽培模式选择提供方向性指引及可行性建议.
Abstract
Stropharia rugosoannulata has the advantages of rich nutrition,simple cutivation technology and low cultivation cost,and it is one of the edible and medicinal fungus worthy of vigorous promotion.Five cultivation modes of open-field cultivation,understory cultivation,greenhouse cultivation,intercropping and factory cultivation of S.rugosoannulata were comprehensively elaborated.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each cultivation mode and summarizing the existing problems of existing cultivation technologies,in order to provides directional guidance and feasibility suggestions for the promotion and cul-tivation mode selection of S.rugosoannulata.
