1株野生平菇的鉴定及栽培

对采自山东省烟台昆嵛山杨树倒木上的1株野生菌株(PA062844)进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定,并进一步开展人工驯化与栽培.结果表明,该野生菌株子实体菌盖呈贝壳状、颜色为灰白色,菌柄偏生、白色,菌褶白色延生,初步鉴定为侧耳属平菇.扩增该野生菌株的ITS序列,在GenBank中进行BLAST分析,结果显示该序列与多条平菇ITS序列同源性较高,结合形态特征将该野生菌株鉴定为平菇.野生菌株与对照菌株(LD-1)在PDA培养基上的菌丝生长速度、干质量有显著差异,且野生菌株产量显著低于对照菌株,还需进一步驯化栽培.
Identification and Cultivation of a Wild Pleurotus ostreatus
Morphological and molecular biology identification were conducted on a wild strain(PA062844)collected from fallen Populus in Kunyu Mountain,Yantai,Shandong Province,and further artificial domestication and cultivation were carried out.The results showed that the fruit bodies cap of this wild strain was shell-shaped,gray-white in color;partial in stipe,white;and white in gills,which was preliminarily identified as Pleurotus ostreatus.The ITS sequence of the wild strain was amplified and subjected to BLAST analysis in GenBank.The results showed that the sequence had high homology with multiple ITS sequences of P.ostreatus.Combined with morphological identification results,the wild strain was identified as P.ostreatus.There were sig-nificant differences in mycelial growth rate and dry weight between wild strain and control P.ostreatus(LD-1)on PDA medium,and the yield of wild strain was significantly lower than that of control P.ostreatus.Thus further domestication and cultivation are needed.
