中文摘要：羊肚菌属低温型真菌,一般在11月下旬至12月初栽培,翌年4月前收获.豇豆种植业为一项短平快的发展项目,可有效提升种植户的经济收入水平.羊肚菌与豇豆进行轮作栽培,能充分利用设施条件,且可有效降低作物连作障碍,提高效益.文章总结了适宜河南省设施羊肚菌与豇豆周年循环轮作栽培模式的高效栽培技术,并对该模式进行了效益分析.该模式每667 m2羊肚菌产量约500 kg,豇豆产量约2 000 kg,按照近3年均价计算,每667 m2产值达4.5万元,投入生产成本共计1.591万元,利润可达2.909万元.

外文摘要：Morchella esculenta is a low-temperature fungus,usually cultivated from late November to early December and har-vested before April of the following year.Vigna unguiculata farming is a short and quick development project that can effective-ly improve the economic income level of growers.Rotational cultivation of M.esculenta with V.unguiculata can make full use of the facility conditions and can effectively reduce the barriers to the continuity of the two crops and improve the benefits.This article summarized the efficient cultivation techniques suitable for the annual cycle rotation cultivation model of M.esculenta and V.unguiculata in facilities in Henan Province,and analyzed the benefits of this model.This model produced about 500 kg of M.esculenta and 2 000 kg of V.unguiculata per 667 m2.Based on the average price in the last three years,the output value per 667 m2 reaches 45 000 yuan,with a total of 15 910 yuan invested in the production cost,and the profit can reach 29 090 yuan.
