设施条件对人工栽培桑黄生长的影响

针对目前桑黄人工栽培菌丝生长速度慢、长势弱、子实体产量低等瓶颈问题,从菌丝生长条件、割口方法、覆盖遮阳网及子实体生长温度、湿度、光照条件等进行了优化研究.结果表明,桑黄菌丝生长的最适温度为25~30℃、基质含水量为65%,适宜的栽培袋割口方式为深度0.5 cm、宽度0.5 cm,摆袋后宜覆盖9针遮阳网.子实体最适生长温度为26~28 ℃、湿度为85%~95%.试验进一步优化了桑黄人工栽培技术,加快了珍稀天然药用资源桑黄的开发利用进程,为桑黄规范化栽培和管理奠定基础.
Effects of Facilitiy Conditions on the Growth of Artificially Cultivated Sanghuangporus spp.
In order to solve the bottleneck problems of slow mycelium growth,weak growth and low yield of fruit body in artifi-cial cultivation of Sanghuangporus spp..The optimization of mycelium growth condition,cutting mode,covering sunshade net,fruit body growth temperature,humidity,light conditions were studied.The results showed that the optimum growth temperature of mycelium of Sanghuangporus spp.was 25-30 ℃,the substrate water was 65%,the optimum cutting mode of cultivation bag was 0.5 cm in depth and 0.5 cm in width,the optimum covering of 9-needle sunshade net after bag swing.The optimum growth temperature of fruit body was 26-28 ℃,and the humidity was 85%-95%.The above results further optimized the artificial culti-vation technology of Sanghuangporus spp.,accelerated the development and utilization of rare natural medicinal resources of Sanghuangporus spp,and laid a foundation for the standardized cultivating and management of Sanghuangporus spp..
