双孢蘑菇新型培养料配方筛选

为了开发漳州市当地原料资源,探索双孢蘑菇栽培效益最佳的培养料配方,通过设计2种木腐菌菌渣和王老吉茶渣不同比例的配方,以前期筛选的茶渣配方为对照,考察供试配方对菌丝生长和出菇产量、商品性状的影响.试验结果表明,供试的培养料配方中菌丝浓密洁白、长势强、生长速度快,现蕾时间、采收时间比对照提前2~3 d,但出菇密度大,菇体偏小,平均单菇质量、菌盖厚度、菌盖直径、菌柄直径均比对照小,差异不显著.配方2的总产量最高,为23.55 kg·m-2,比对照组(19.84 kg·m-2)高18.70%.配方2的利润最高,达到27.42元/m2,比对照提高26.68元/m2.综合考虑王老吉茶渣栽培双孢蘑菇的满床时间、产量、经济效益等方面,在生产中以配方2(杏鲍菇菌渣15%、金针菇菌渣25%、王老吉茶渣60%)最优,该配方的碳氮比为15.58:1.00.
Screening of New Substrate Formula for Agaricus bisporus
In order to develop local material resources in Zhangzhou City and explore the substrate formula for best Agaricus bisporus cultivation efficiency,the fomulas with different proportions of 2 kinds of wood rotting mushroom residue and Wanglao-ji tea residue were designed,and the screened tea residue formula in previous stage was took as the control.The effects of test formulas on the growth of mycelium,the yield and the commercial characteristics were investigated,and the correlation analysis was conducted.The results showed that the mycelium in the tested substrate formulas was dense and white,with strong growth and fast growth rate,the button apearing time and harvest time were 2-3 days earlier than the control group.However,the fruit-ing density was large,and the fruit body was small.The average weight of single fruit body,the thickness of the cap,the diame-ter of the cap,and the diameter of the stalk were all smaller than the control group,with no significant difference.The total yield of formula 2 was the highest,which was 23.55 kg·m-2,18.70%higher than the control group(19.84 kg·m-2).The net in-come of formula 2 was the highest,reaching 27.42 yuan/m2,26.68 yuan/m2 higher than the control group.Considering the full bed time,yield,and economic benefits of A.bisporus cultivated with Wanglaoji tea residue,formula 2 was the optimal one in production,which was Pleurotus eryngii residue 15%,Flammulina velutipes residue 25%,Wanglaoji tea residue 60%,the car-bon nitrogen ratio of this formula is 15.58:1.00.
