灰树花"庆灰151"工厂化栽培条件优化

以浙江省主推的灰树花品种"庆灰151"为对象,以不同的基质配方、光照强度、菌袋规格进行灰树花工厂化栽培试验.通过对比菌丝长势、菌丝生长速率、原基分化周期、子实体成熟周期、出菇周期、子实体大小、出菇率、第1潮菇产量、生物学效率、子实体品质等主要参数,筛选出适合灰树花工厂化栽培的基质配方为68%杂木屑、15%麸皮、5%玉米粉、10%干细土、1%石膏粉、1%红糖;适宜的菌袋规格为15 cmx53 cmx 0.006 5 cm;出菇管理阶段适宜的光照强度为300~700 lx.
Optimization of Factory Cultivation Conditions for Grifola frondosa'Qinghui 151'
Taking'Qinghui 151'as the research object,which is mainly promoted in Zhejiang Province,the experiments of fac-tory cultivation of Grifola frondosa with different substrate formulas,different illumination intensity and different mushroom bag specification was carried out.The main parameters of mycelial growth potential and growth rate,primordium differentiation cycle,fruit bodies maturation cycle,fruiting cycle,fruit bodies size,fruiting ratio,the yield of first flush,biological efficiency and fruit bodies quality of G.frondosa were compared.The suitable substrate formula for factory cultivation of G.frondosa was screened as 68%sawdust,15%wheat bran,5%corn flour,10%dry fine soil,1%gypsum and 1%brown sugar.The suitable mushroom bag specification is 15 cmx53 cmx0.006 5 cm;and suitable illumination intensity is 300-700 lx in the management stage of fruiting.
