秸秆栽培双孢蘑菇的现状分析

秸秆栽培双孢蘑菇的研究旨在实现资源的有效利用,改善农田环境,减少对化学农药的依赖,提高土壤质量,同时为居民提供新的就业和营养来源,促进当地经济发展.本文对以莜麦秸秆、玉米芯、玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、棉秆、五节芒、胡麻秸秆、烟秸秆等为主料栽培双孢蘑菇的运用方案进行了归纳,通过比较报道的产量数据提供了适宜的秸秆培养料配方.混合秸秆为主料时,稻草和麦秸混合最优.对于玉米、麦田、烟草、棉花的主产区,建议秸秆就地利用栽培双孢蘑菇.同时,通过对秸秆栽培双孢蘑菇的可持续发展提出一些构想,为推动农业可持续发展提供理论参考.
Analysis on the Current Situation of Agaricus bisporus Cultivated with Straw
The research on straw cultivation of Agaricui bisporus aims to achieve effective utilization of resources,improve the farmland environment,reduce dependence on chemical pesticides and improve soil quality,while providing new sources of em-ployment and nutrition for residents and promoting local economic development.In this paper,the application scheme of cultivation of A.bisporus with main materials such as hulless oat straw,corn cob,corn straw,wheat straw,cotton straw,Mis-canthus floridulus straw,sesame straw and tobacco straw was summarized,and the suitable straw substrate formula is provided by comparing the reported yield data.When mixed straw was the main material,the mixture of rice straw and wheat straw was the best.For the main production areas of corn,wheat field,tobacco and cotton,it is recommended to use straw for A.bisporus cultivation in situ.At the same time,some ideas on the sustainable development of A.bisporus cultivation with straw were put forward to provide basic reference for promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
