Determination of Heavy Metal Content in Edible Fungi by Micro wave Digestion Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
The test established a method for simultaneous determination of As,Pb,Cd,Cr and Hg content in edible fungi using microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. As,Pb,Cd and Cr in edible fungi at mass concentrations of 0.5-20.0 µg·L-1 and Hg at a mass concentration of 0.05-2.00 µg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficients(r)are all greater than or equal to 0.999 1,and the detection limits are 0.001 0,0.001 0,0.002 0,0.002 0,and 0.000 3 mg·kg-1,respectively.Among them, the spiked recoveries of Pb,Cd,Cr,As,and Hg are 93.5%-100.0%,94.2%-98.6%,97.00%-101.4%,90.1%-99.5%,and 90.0%-99.5%,respectively.The relative standard deviations are 0.86%-1.58%,0.18%-6.45%,0.39%-3.77%,0.27%-1.98%,and 0.39%-3.27%,respectively.Thus,this method has the advantages of simple operation, good repeatability, and high sensitiv-ity,and can be applied to the analysis and detection of As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg in edible fungi.
