食用菌中18种有机氯类农药残留物的检测方法验证

Validation of the Detection Methods of 18 Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Edible Fungi

使用改进的QuEChERS方法进行前处理,利用气相色谱法分析测定了食用菌中18种有机氯类农药残留物,通过标准曲线、检出限和定量限,食用菌样品空白加标后测定回收率,计算精密度等进行方法学验证.结果表明,18种有机氯类农药标准曲线线性良好,相关系数R2为0.991 75~0.999 98,加标回收率为69.1%~91.5%,相对标准偏差范围为0.7%~4.1%,检出限和定量限均能满足有机氯类农药残留的最大限量检测要求.
18 organicchlorine pesticide residues in edible fungi were analyzed and determined by gas chromatography using an improved QuEChERS method.The method was validated by standard curves,detection limit and quantification limi,blank addi-tion of edible fungi samples,determination of recovery rate,and precision calculation.The results showed that the standard curves of 18 organochlorine pesticides had good linearity,with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.991 75-0.999 98,a recovery rate of 69.1%-91.5%,and a relative standard deviation(RSD)range of 0.7%-4.1%.Both the detection limit and quantification limit can meet the maximum limit detection requirements for organochlorine pesticide residues.
